Refund policy

Yes, we accept returns. Returns can be made within 30 days of your purchase, and a restocking fee of 20% is applied. Returns are not accepted if the product is damaged.

Return shipping is paid by the buyer. We will help arrange the shipment, but freight costs on returns are the buyer's responsibility.

Steps to returning a shipment:

1. Visit our support page or email support@textrack.us
2. Include in the email your product serial number.
3. Include details on why you are returning your items.
4. We will reach out to arrange shipping and receiving.
5. Upon arrival to our warehouse we will inspect the items.
6. Once items are cleared of no damages your refund will process in 3-5 business days, less the 20% restocking fee.
