Shipping policy

The buyer pays for shipping. Freight charges are the buyer's responsibility on all orders unless a written agreement with TexTrack states otherwise.

The buyer is responsible for receiving, including any costs and arrangements at the delivery site. Please make sure someone is available to accept and unload the shipment on the scheduled delivery date.

Shipping costs on returns are also paid by the buyer.
