Electric Stock Chaser
Free shipping. Freight is included in the price shown — ground service to commercial addresses in the contiguous US.
Electric stock chaser built for order picking — shelf-configured deck, 350 lb payload, and zero-degree turning for tight aisle work. Built to order in 2–4 weeks.
Two batteries included with every unit
Every unit ships with two 36 V swappable battery packs — no extra charge. One runs the vehicle for 3–5 hours while the second charges on the shelf, so a picker works straight through back-to-back shifts. Swapping is tool-free and takes seconds, which means no waiting on a charger and no second vehicle bought just to cover downtime.

Choosing your platform size
The two platform sizes are built for different floors. The 20" × 20" platform sits 5" tall on smaller wheels tuned for smooth indoor surfaces and the tightest aisles. The 35" × 35" platform sits 8" tall on larger tires that handle rough, broken and outdoor concrete as well as everything the small unit does — and carries a full-tote pick wave.
| Surface | 20" × 20" | 35" × 35" |
| Polished and smooth indoor concrete | Yes | Yes |
| Carpet | Yes | Yes |
| Turf | Yes | Yes |
| Rough and broken outdoor concrete | No | Yes |
| Outdoor yards, ramps and dock aprons | No | Yes |
| Tightest indoor aisles | Best | Yes |
| Platform height | 5" | 8" |
Short version: if the vehicle lives indoors on finished floors, choose the 20" × 20". If it crosses a threshold to an outside surface at any point in the shift, or you pick full totes, choose the 35" × 35".

Build configuration
Platform, shelving, and battery count are set when your order is confirmed:
- Platform size — 35" × 35" for full-tote picking, or 20" × 20" for narrow aisles
- Pick shelving — 2-tier or 3-tier, tote-compatible
- Batteries — two 36 V packs are included with every unit; additional swappable packs can be added for round-the-clock running
Custom shelving and battery configurations outside these options are quoted on request.
Who it's for
- Distribution centers — each-pick and tote replenishment across long aisle runs
- Warehouses — cycle counting, put-away, and restock without tying up a forklift
- Manufacturing floors — line-side parts delivery and kitting between cells
- Large facilities — tool and parts transport across distributed sites

Choose the 20″ × 20″
The vehicle stays indoors on finished floors - polished concrete, carpet, smooth slab - and spends its shift threading the narrowest racking aisles. Lower platform, lighter unit, easiest to step on and off at every pick.
Choose the 35″ × 35″
The route crosses a door at any point in the shift, or the wave is full totes. Larger tires take rough and broken outdoor concrete, ramps and dock aprons - and it still runs every indoor surface the small unit does.
Both platforms run on the same base vehicle, the same 36 V swappable battery pair, and the same shelving options. Not sure which fits your floor? Call 1-832-990-6003 and describe the route.

What the miles are costing you
Order picking on foot has a claims bill attached
Sprains, strains, and overexertion make up the single largest slice of workplace injuries in the U.S. In a high-velocity pick operation, most of that exposure is built one lap of the aisle at a time.
Hours of walking on concrete, repeated shift after shift, is one of the clearest drivers of lower-body musculoskeletal injury in distribution work. The premium increase and the medical bill are the visible part. The expensive part is quieter: covering the shift, training a replacement, and running short while someone recovers.
- Putting pickers on a platform instead of on their feet cuts the repetitive loading that builds toward a claim.
- Sized for the aisles you already have — no re-racking, no floor tape, no facility changes.
- Pull your last 12 months of claim frequency and cost before you start, so a trial can be judged against your own numbers.
These are U.S. national averages for musculoskeletal disorder claims, shown for general context. They are not a forecast for any individual site, and no piece of equipment on its own guarantees fewer injuries or lower cost — results vary with layout, process, adoption, and conditions on the floor.
