Two batteries included with every unit
Every unit ships with two 36 V swappable battery packs — no extra charge. One runs the vehicle for 3–5 hours while the second charges on the shelf, so a picker works straight through back-to-back shifts. Swapping is tool-free and takes seconds, which means no waiting on a charger and no second vehicle bought just to cover downtime.

Choosing your platform size
The two platform sizes are built for different floors. The 20" × 20" platform sits 5" tall on smaller wheels tuned for smooth indoor surfaces and the tightest aisles. The 35" × 35" platform sits 8" tall on larger tires that handle rough, broken and outdoor concrete as well as everything the small unit does — and carries a full-tote pick wave.

Short version: if the vehicle lives indoors on finished floors, choose the 20" × 20". If it crosses a threshold to an outside surface at any point in the shift, or you pick full totes, choose the 35" × 35".

- Batteries — two 36 V packs are included with every unit; additional swappable packs can be added for round-the-clock running

Choose the 20″ × 20″
The vehicle stays indoors on finished floors - polished concrete, carpet, smooth slab - and spends its shift threading the narrowest racking aisles. Lower platform, lighter unit, easiest to step on and off at every pick.
Choose the 35″ × 35″
The route crosses a door at any point in the shift, or the wave is full totes. Larger tires take rough and broken outdoor concrete, ramps and dock aprons - and it still runs every indoor surface the small unit does.
